This course emphasizes the essential components of a quality chart entry through the ADPIE framework—Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation—ensuring that every aspect of care is meticulously recorded. Templates will be discusses including their applications to both paper and digital record keeping.

Michelle Aubé (Simmonds), RDH is maxill’s CE & IPAC National Director and Speaker, Fanshawe College educator for the DH program and CE department IPAC professor. Michelle brings extensive experience in DH education and IPAC as a CDHO IPAC Expert Opinion and Remedial Facilitator. She serves as an ODHA Regional Board Director, CDHA article contributor (OH Canada), and Government of Canada Correctional Facilities IPAC Auditor. A two-time nominee for the CDHA RDH Superhero Recognition Award (2019, 2020), she is also the owner of Positive Impact Dental Consulting and past CDHO QA Assessor and CSA committee member for sterilization. With over 30 years in the dental profession—including clinical practice in London, ON—she stays connected to the evolving realities of modern dental offices.
