Michelle brings extensive experience in DH education and IPAC as a CDHO IPAC Expert Opinion and Remedial Facilitator. She serves as an ODHA Regional Board Director, CDHA article contributor (OH Canada), and Government of Canada Correctional Facilities IPAC Auditor. A two-time nominee for the CDHA RDH Superhero Recognition Award (2019, 2020), she is also the owner of Positive Impact Dental Consulting and past CDHO QA Assessor and CSA committee member for sterilization.
